In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services performed instantly in electronic environment. Purchased digital products cannot be returned after delivery.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Refund Policy applies to digital products offered for sale on efegerek.com. Digital products (e-books, templates, software, video training, design files, etc.) are instantly delivered and reproducible products, and therefore are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal according to legal regulations.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Non-Refundable Situations:
- After the product download link is sent via email
- When the product file is downloaded
- After access to the digital product is provided
- When a license key or activation code is provided
- When the product becomes visible in the user account
Legal Basis: According to Article 15/ı of Law No. 6502 and Article 15/ı of the Distance Contracts Regulation: "The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer."
3. ORDER CANCELLATION
3.1. Pre-Payment Cancellation
Before the payment transaction is completed, you can cancel your order by exiting the order process. In this case, no fee will be charged.
3.2. Post-Payment - Pre-Delivery Cancellation
✓ Can Be Cancelled
After payment is completed but before the product has been delivered (before email is sent or download link is provided), you can cancel your order by sending an email to [email protected].
Your cancellation request will be evaluated within 24 hoursat the latest and your payment will be refunded. The refund period may vary between 2-10 business days depending on your payment method.
3.3. Post-Delivery
✗ Cannot Be Cancelled
After the digital product is delivered (when sent via email or download access is provided), cancellation and refund cannot be performed.
4. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND PRODUCT DEFECTS
If you encounter the following issues with the digital product you purchased, situations where you can get support:
4.1. Product Download Issue
If the download link is not working or the file cannot be downloaded, notify [email protected] within 14 days from the purchase date. Your issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
4.2. File Corruption
If the downloaded file is corrupted, won't open, or is incomplete, you can request the file to be resent. In this case, the product will be replaced, no refund will be made.
4.3. Inconsistency with Product Description
If the delivered product does not match the features specified on the sales page, you can apply within 14 days with evidence (screenshots, etc.). Your situation will be examined and an appropriate solution will be offered.
4.4. License or Activation Issue
If the license key is not working or activation cannot be performed, technical support will be provided and a new license key will be issued if necessary.

None of the above situations guarantee a refund. Solutions such as technical support, file renewal, or product replacement will be tried first to resolve issues.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
No refunds will be made in the following situations:
Change of Mind
Reasons such as "I don't want it anymore" or "I want to buy a different product"
User Error
Wrong product selection, system requirements not being met
Technical Inadequacy
"I don't know how to use it" or "It didn't serve my purpose"
Expectation Mismatch
"It wasn't what I expected" (if product description is accurate)
After Download
Once the product is downloaded or access is provided

9. CONSUMER ARBITRATION COMMITTEE
In case of rejection of your refund request, you can apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts. Relevant application authorities:
- Consumer Arbitration Committee where your residence is located
- Consumer Arbitration Committee where the consumer transaction was made
- Consumer Court
Monetary limits for application are determined and announced annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
10. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
10.1. Custom Projects
Digital content prepared specifically for individuals (custom design, coding, etc.) cannot be returned under any circumstances. An advance payment is taken for these projects and they are delivered after project completion.
10.2. Discounted Products
The same refund conditions apply to products sold at campaign or discounted prices. Discounted sale does not affect the right to refund.
10.3. Bundle Products
In the sale of multiple digital products as a bundle, when access is provided to any product in the bundle, the right to refund for the entire bundle expires.
