Glimmerwood Terms of Use

1. AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Glimmerwood: Potion Sort game for iPhone ("the App"), developed by Efe Gerek ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA regarding your license to use the App, the Apple EULA prevails. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.

3. HEARTS, STARS, MOVES AND OTHER VIRTUAL ITEMS

• Hearts, stars, moves and other in-game items are part of the game and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be bought with money, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything of value.
• You receive a license to use virtual items within the App; you do not own them.
• Your progress and virtual items are stored on your device and in your iCloud storage. If you delete the App while iCloud is turned off, or the App's iCloud data is removed, they may be lost and cannot be restored by us. Remove Ads can always be restored with Settings → Restore.
• To keep the game balanced and fair, we may adjust levels, move limits, rewards, heart refill times and difficulty in updates.

4. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

The only purchase in the App is Remove Ads. It is made through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's terms. The price is shown in the App before you buy. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

5. ADVERTISING

The App is free to play and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads between levels appear at most once every 60 seconds and only after you have cleared your fifth level. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for products advertised in them. Optional reward videos give in-game rewards (+5 moves or +1 heart) only when watched to completion. Ads need an internet connection; the game itself can be played offline. 6. APPLE SERVICES

iCloud is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's terms. Its availability is outside our control.

7. FAIR PLAY

You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer or tamper with the App or its data
• Use cheats, exploits, automation or unauthorized software to gain hearts, moves, stars or progress
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and all of its content, including its code, artwork, characters, story, music and sound effects, are original works of Efe Gerek and are protected by copyright and other laws. The App's text uses Apple's system fonts (SF Pro Rounded), which are part of iOS. "Glimmerwood" and its logo may not be used without permission.

9. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY

We may update the App, add or remove features, or stop offering it. We try to keep your progress and purchases working across updates, but we cannot guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or iOS version.

10. DISCLAIMER

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for purchases in the App during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. TERMINATION

These Terms apply as long as you use the App. Your license ends automatically if you breach them. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

14. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
