Nova Strike Terms of Use

1. AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Nova Strike game for iPhone ("the App"), developed by Efe Gerek ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA regarding your license to use the App, the Apple EULA prevails. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.

3. CREDITS, UPGRADES AND OTHER VIRTUAL ITEMS

• Credits, upgrades, ships, stars and other in-game items are part of the game and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything of value.
• You receive a license to use virtual items within the App; you do not own them.
• Virtual items are stored on your device and in your iCloud storage. If you reset your progress, disable iCloud, or delete the App without a backup, they may be lost and cannot be restored by us. Purchased ships and Remove Ads can always be restored with Restore Purchases; purchased credits are consumable and cannot be restored once spent or lost.
• To keep the game balanced and fair, we may adjust prices, rewards, upgrade effects and difficulty in updates.

4. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the App before you buy. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

5. ADVERTISING

The App is free to play and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for products advertised in them. Optional reward videos give in-game rewards only when watched to completion. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

6. APPLE SERVICES

Game Center and iCloud are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Their availability is outside our control.

7. FAIR PLAY

You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer or tamper with the App or its data
• Use cheats, exploits, automation or unauthorized software to gain an advantage or manipulate leaderboards
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others

We may remove scores obtained through cheating from leaderboards where Game Center allows.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and all of its content, including its code, artwork, characters, story, music and sound effects, belong to Efe Gerek and are protected by copyright and other laws. The fonts used in the App are licensed under the SIL Open Font License and the Apache License 2.0. "Nova Strike" and its logo may not be used without permission.

9. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY

We may update the App, add or remove features, or stop offering it. We try to keep your progress and purchases working across updates, but we cannot guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or iOS version.

10. DISCLAIMER

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for purchases in the App during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. TERMINATION

These Terms apply as long as you use the App. Your license ends automatically if you breach them. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

14. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
